I change my hair color everyday. How you ask? Clip in human hair extensions I color myself. Now I change my hair color ( and no damage to my hair) to match my outfit or mood.

How many times have you thrown away your sfx makeup brushes ? I have thrown away so many brushes just because I couldn’t get the adhesives off completely. While you’re busy looking for the perfect person, you’ll probably miss the imperfect person who could make you perfectly happy. This is as true for friendships as it is for intimate relationships.
Finding a companion or a friend isn’t about trying to transform yourself into the perfect image of what you think they want. It’s about being exactly who you are and then finding someone who appreciates that. (Don’t get me started on those people who try to change people and “mold” them into their version of perfection)it makes me want to vomit.
Relationships must be chosen wisely. It’s better to be alone than to be in bad company. There’s no need to rush. ( in friendship and love) If something is meant to be, it will happen – in the right time, with the right person, and for the best reasons.
I truly believe this and the happiest people are the ones who see the good in people and can look past the imperfections.
You are not perfect, so don’t expect everyone else to be perfect. Spread more love around!

I’ve been trying to get healthy. Not to get skinny, just healthy. I’ve lost 30 lbs in 5 months. Everyone has been asking me how I am doing it.
Here’s my secret.
- A Low Glycemic Index (lifestyle change) if you eat like this for the rest of your life the weight won’t creep back up.
- staying under 1,500 calories
- tracking all my food on the LOSEIT app for iPhone
- 30 to 50 minutes of Zumba everyday ( no exceptions or excuses) on my Xbox 360 kinect
I was vegetarian for 1 month to cleanse my digestive system of all meat. But I found myself eating too many carbs at work when I couldn’t eat anything served during lunch.
My diet stays pretty simple so that I can take my lunch to work and not have to count calories at 3am when I am packing my lunch and trying to rush to get to work.
What I eat:
No red meat or pork
Only organic chicken
Low sodium turkey
Fish
Low fat cheese
Lots of salad
Low fat balsamic vinegrettes
No sugar jello puddings ( snacks)
South beach diet bars ( snacks)
No white flour ( white rice, pasta or white bread) only whole wheat Ezekiel bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice
Lots of veggies
And low glycemic fruit like apples and grapes
Eating low glycemic helps you stay fuller longer which keeps you from over eating.
It’s not a diet. It’s a life change.
I have “cheat” meals, but don’t go crazy and always stay within my calorie restriction. It’s the only way to do it. To be healthy. You can do it. Just start with your next meal. I promise you that your body will feel better and your mind in turn will feel better.
